Peel Valley Dairy

Moo & More is pleased to bring Peel Valley 100% Jersey Milk to market in Sydney each weekend.


The Peel Valley Dairy is owned and operated by Malcolm Rose, a true dairy man in the old fashioned sense, with decades of experience and a passion for Jersey cows and finest quality Jersey milk.


The dairy is located at Woolomin approximately 40kms south east of Tamworth on the shores of the beautiful Chaffey Dam in the Peel River Valley.  The herd is predominantly pasture fed, with only 100 cows milking at any one time.


Moo & More travels to the dairy at the end of each week to collect that morning's milking.  It has been processed and bottled onsite then and there to ensure its absolute freshness and quality.


Comboyne Culture Cheese

Comboyne Culture Cheese is located in the small and picturesque town of Comboyne on the NSW Mid North Coast.  Here, Ron Lindsay developed an outstanding range of soft ripened cheeses in the original cheese factory that he and Sandy purchased in 2003.

In late 2011, Ron and Sandy Lindsay sold Comboyne Culture to Ray Bath, a long term friend and associate.
Ray, a true artisan, has continued to produce cheeses that are known for their taste; sumptuous flavours and textures in the true French-style of soft cheeses.


Moo & More are proud to bring Comboyne Culture Cheeses to the Sydney market.


Hunter Belle Cheese

The Hunter Belle Cheese Factory can be found at Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Valley of NSW.

Hunter Belle Cheese produces unique artisan cheese products that are handmade from the milk of a single herd of Brown Swiss Cows located at Singleton NSW.  They have received multiple awards for their cheeses at the Australian Specialist Cheesemakers’ Association Show.


Traditional methods are used make these cheeses with every step done by hand.


You can visit the Hunter Belle Cheese Factory and watch the cheese being made while you enjoy fresh modern cuisine in the licensed Café.


Hawkesbury Vegetable Farm

Located at Wilberforce in the Hawkesbury Hills is the Hawkesbury Vegetable Farm, a 20 acre market garden growing the best and freshest vegetables you will buy anywhere.

The home and business of Joe Sultana and his famiily, everyone is involved in the farm’s activities from raising seedlings, planting, picking, hoeing, sowing and preparing the fresh vegies for sale.

Offering seasonal produce all year round, the farm is open to the public each Saturday between 9am and 3pm.  You and the family can visit the farm, select your own fresh picked produce, enjoy a meal made from completely home grown ingredients and take a tour of the vege gardens.

The Grove

Located on the Central Coast of NSW at Lake Munmorah, The Grove has been operating since 1990.  While their predominant focus in on producing gourmet lettuces, micro herbs and leaf mixes, they also grow for us two speciality varieties of tomato.


The Kimberley is a firm full flavoured tomato with high colour, that even when fully ripe retains its firm and juicy quality.  The Amoroso is a superb baby variety  with high natural sugars and low acidity.


Vine ripened and hand picked, these tomatoes are available from Moo & More between September and June each year.
